All "in-stock" orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the same business day.
Business days are M-F (excluding holidays) and select items may require additional processing time. The standard shipping carrier is FedEx, unless otherwise requested. Please note that all online order totals are not final, orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
When your package is fulfilled in our system, an email will be sent you containing your tracking information. If at any time, you need us to re-send your tracking information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders for delivery outside the United States will will ship via USPS First-Class Package International Service, FedEx Express International Delivery or FedEx International Economy. Cost is calculated based on your exact delivery address at checkout, and transit times can vary. Most packages are received within 5-7 Business days. We are unable to guarantee transit time internationally due to the Customs/Import process.
For some shipments delivered outside the United States, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT or brokerage fee on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can not be re-imbursed.
International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

All APO/FPO and PO Box address orders will ship via the US Postal Service
FedEx may impose an additional (COD) fee for remote delivery areas. This is not included in the shipping amount listed on our site, and is beyond our control
